Black Panther 2 actor Tenoch Huerta has responded to the sexual assault allegations made against him by activist Elena Rios, firmly denying the accusations. Rios initially posted the allegations on Instagram, claiming emotional and sexual abuse.
In a statement posted on his Instagram Stories, Huerta addressed the allegations, stating that they were false and completely unsubstantiated.
He clarified that he had been in a consensual relationship with Elena for several months about a year ago and emphasized that there were witnesses who could confirm this.

According to Huerta, their relationship had been loving, warm, and mutually supportive. However, after the relationship ended, Elena allegedly began misrepresenting their interactions both privately and in front of mutual friends.
Huerta acknowledged that he had engaged a legal team to protect his reputation and challenge the false accusations that could cause significant harm. While he recognized that he was not perfect, he maintained that the allegations were untrue and offensive.
Elena Rios took to Twitter to explain why she had taken so long to denounce Huerta, stating that she had her own process.
She also expressed fear that people would refuse to believe her because of Huerta’s status as a beloved actor portraying a superhero character. Rios accused Huerta of abuse, manipulation, and being a sexual predator, asserting that he abused his power.
