Sony Pictures has unveiled the trailer for “Dumb Money,” a captivating comedy-drama directed by Craig Gillespie. The film delves into the incredible story of GameStop’s Reddit-driven rise, shaking Wall Street and hedge funders to their core.

Led by Paul Dano, the ensemble cast features Pete Davidson, Vincent D’Onofrio, America Ferrera, Nick Offerman, Anthony Ramos, Sebastian Stan, Shailene Woodley, and Seth Rogen.

Arriving in theaters on September 22, this Columbia Pictures/Stage 6/Black Bear Pictures production showcases the journey of Keith Gill (Dano), who sparks a life-changing movement by investing his savings in the struggling GameStop stock.

However, as the stakes escalate and the billionaires retaliate, both sides experience a world turned upside down. The script, based on Ben Mezrich’s book “The Antisocial Network,” was penned by Lauren Schuker Blum & Rebecca Angelo.
