The world of ” A Quiet Place “ is expanding with the upcoming release of “A Quiet Place: Day One.” The first trailer for the film was recently shared by franchise shepherd John Krasinski during Paramount’s CinemaCon presentation.
The trailer provided a glimpse into the setting of the film, which takes place in the loud city of New York during the horrific first moments of the alien invasion.
Lupita Nyong’o leads the cast as a woman navigating the early days of the invasion, while Joseph Quinn, Alex Wolff, Djimon Hounsou , and Denis O’Hare also star. The film, based on an original idea from Krasinski, is directed by Michael Sarnoski , who also wrote the script.

The original “A Quiet Place” film, released in 2018, became a surprise smash hit, earning over $340 million worldwide and turning Krasinski into an A-list director. The sequel, “A Quiet Place Part II,” released in 2021, grossed $297 million globally, despite being released during the pandemic.
Krasinski has been traveling around the country to attend screenings of “A Quiet Place Part II,” calling it a great honor of his career. He has also announced that he is developing ” A Quiet Place Part III .”
The “A Quiet Place” franchise is set in a world where blind, monster-like aliens hunt down anything that makes a sound. With “A Quiet Place: Day One” set to explore the early days of the invasion, audiences will get a chance to see the world of “A Quiet Place” in a new light.

The film is due to hit theaters on March 8, 2024, with Michael Bay, Andrew Form, Brad Fuller, and Krasinski producing. Fans of the franchise are eagerly anticipating the release of “A Quiet Place: Day One” and are excited to see where the series will go next.
